How Does it Work?

With a range of over 30 healthy and nutritious meals to choose from, including options for vegan, vegetarian & Keto diets, we really do have something for everyone. Our meal plans can be purchased from a range of options to suit your nutritional plan and budget. Whether you’re just starting out on your healthy eating journey or you are a career athlete, we have a plan that suits you. We provide exact macro information for every meal, so you can be sure you are keeping on top of your nutritional intake.

How to Order

From our Order Now page, select the meal plan you would like to order. Then simply add your meals to your plan. Remember to select the exact number of meals your plan requires (eg, if you’re on the 5-day plan, you will need to select 10 meals to proceed with the order).
