  • All our meals can be ordered directly through our website on the Order Now page. Simply choose the meals you would like to order (minimum of 6) and pay through our secure online ordering system.

There is a minimum of 6 meals in order to be able to check out. There is no limit on the number of meals you can order above 6.

We currently deliver to anywhere in England through our delivery partner DHL. Our delivery days in South Yorkshire are Tuesday or Friday. Our Nationwide delivery days are Wednesday or Saturday.

All meals are delivered fresh. Please check the used by date, depending on how many meals you order and how many you are planning to eat per day, you may need to freeze some meals. Please follow the instructions on the meal labels.

We cannot guarantee a set delivery time, however, you will be emailed/texted a delivery slot from our delivery partner DHL.

As our meals are delivered fresh, we cannot accept returns from the delivery company. If there is a chance you may not be in, please leave detailed instructions in the notes section at the checkout. This could be a safe place to leave your order or a neighbour who can accept your order on your behalf.

  • Due to this being a fresh product, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your meals, please contact us directly.

All our meals are designed to be microwaved. Simply pierce the lid and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes (6 minutes from frozen). Please ensure meals are piping hot before eating. Be extra careful when removing the lid as steam may escape.

Generally, all our meals will come with a 5 day used by date. Please pay attention to the used by date when your meals arrive. Depending on how many meals you order, you may need to store some in the freezer.

Yes! All our meals have been designed to be suitable for freezer storage and cooking. To cook from frozen, simply put in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes. PLease make sure they are piping hot before eating.

Full allergen information for each meal can be found on our View Full Menu page. If you need further information or have other allergies/requirements, please contact us in the first instance. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate, we will try our very best.

Our kitchen currently cooks using every known allergen, and while every care is taken to make sure there is no cross-contamination between dishes we cannot guarantee there will be none.

All our meals are prepared in a restaurant kitchen (Silversmiths Restaurant, Sheffield). All meals are prepared by professional chefs and our kitchen has a 5* hygiene rating.

Yes! If you are an athlete, sports person or bodybuilder with specific nutritional needs due to your training plan, please get in touch with your specific requirements and we will be happy to help.
